Shipping & Delivery – Pinniverse

We Ship Worldwide
At Pinniverse, every product is personalized and made to order in Portugal. Textile products (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) are customized using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, and mugs are personalized using sublimation printing.

Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully processed.

Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of your order.

Shipping Costs
- Portugal delivery: 3–7 business days post-production
- International delivery times vary by destination — you'll see an estimate at checkout
- We offer free shipping on all orders over 150€
- For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us for a custom quote

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after production is complete. Our workshop operates Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.

Personalized Products
As every item is made specifically for you, please double-check your design, size, and color selection before completing your order. Personalized items can only be exchanged or returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Change of Delivery Address
You may request a delivery address change any time before dispatch. Just contact us as soon as possible via email.

Out-of-Stock Items
If part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch available items first and send the remaining products as soon as they are restocked.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Tracking Notifications
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package has been dispatched.
